Hi, can somebody please help me.....?!

I found that something called "Winhound Spyware Remover" had been installed on my computer. I didn't run the program, and since I didn't recognize it I removed it from the Control Panel. Everything seemed OK, I thought

But I had to restart the computer, and now it is impossible to use it. During the startup, I get the following message: "Explore.exe . The program could not be initiated correctly (0xc0000005). Klick OK to finish the program". When I click OK, I only get the wallpaper image, but no Icons on the desktop, no Start button, no taskbar, nothing.

I am not sure that this is related to Winhound, but I suspect so.

PLease help - someone......!
