ok. This is my father's computer. Our Panda updates were out of date, and have been for some time. So he decided to get the SBC internet protection. After he went through all of the trouble of deleting/uninstalling Panda, SBC will not install because it says " Norton Antivirus Parent MSI " is installed. then it asks if we would like for SBC to uninstall it, then it says it's not installed. I don't know what's going on here. So please help me. At this moment there is no Anti-Virus on this computer...
