We host several sites as well as mail for customers. We have recently moved and now a lot of the customers are coming up with issues regarding their outlook. We can't seem to find any issues in the Imail reports. Everytime we get similar errors. The error is as follows:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'webxites', Server: 'mail.marlborobulb.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
Any support or advice you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

What do you have the defaul server timeouts set to? and what is the max limit to open connections?

We recently moved from another building. Before the move we had no issues with server overload, and now we have no substantial amount of additional users. I don't think that this is the issue. With that error number we seem to keep getting information about firewalls, and antivirus. However, the customers have not changed any of there settings.

this may be related to some of the patch issues that the mojor antivirus comanies have been having lately The y seem to be causeing a fe connectivity issues in some cases.
