mobo problem

well this is sorta a repost from yesterday and i couldent figure what was wrong. people say try short fusing the mobo taking all parts out except the power suppluer and the speaker to check for beeps. but not beeps whatso ever. im hoping the mobo aint fried but it might be. can anyone help me out? suggestions what probs or what to do?

Are you sure that your PSU is good? If it isn't, then you probly wont get any beeps or postcodes depending on your mobo. Is your mobo speaker hooked up good?

If the PSU is good, and no beeps with no hardware in the computer, then yes, I would say fried.
