[Shooz13]

When i installed freelancer, it worked perfectly..now less than three weeks later, it freezes up and the graphics flicker.(Graphics started flickering first, freezing came later)

Also, the little arrows on the shortcuts on my desktop are sometimes randomly replaced with other pictures.

Ive read of a freelancer problem similar to mine on the internet, and it said it was due to overheating and to clean the fans.

I did so (they were just horrible) and it seemed to help slightly (more time between starting the game, and massive freezing), but it still doesnt work.

Could this be due to permanent heat damage? What should i do?
