thought i had gotten rid of this a couple of months ago when suddenly started up again. i have used all the programs again and am still having problems. it says preparing to install before i do everything and anything. i also have no programs listed on my start icon but i have to go through my computer button on my desktop and into my program files. please help. my hijackthis log is below
