Having Hijacking problems as well as winfix

OK first time poster here I can usually figure out hijacks but for some reason not recently. I first noticed having the winfix pop ups, it then moved on to spyaxe loading on to my comp, and i thought i got rid of that with the spyaxe removal utility i saw on here by searching but now i have my starting page hijacked, let me explain. I would open IE and my starting page is normally google, when i clicked it recently(last night) it was just a blank page without an address in the bar, so i click the home button and a error 404 page would pop up and it had an active x TYPE drop down trying to trick me to install something called spytrooper the address in the bar was http://www.dns404.net so i went searching for some kind of removal and that is where i found the hijackthis tool and here i am about to post my log for all of you to try and help me. Also now my homepage is jacked to another page and it is http://www.yoursystemupdate.com/. So in closing please help me for i am noob.

Since my last post my hijacked homepage problem seems to be resolved(not holding my breathe) How ever I am getting popups galore. I have downloaded ewido in safe mode with symantec off of course and am going to paste that log as well as a up to date hijackthis log. First is the ewido.

I just regedited the mssearchnet hopefully this will have a posotive affect.
