[Big Caddy]

I have a Compaq Presario 2100 with XP Home. In any program, including email, when I type and use the delete key or the arrow keys, it types in "c"s - sometimes lower case and sometimes caps. Sometimes you get some numbers thrown in as well but mostly "c"s... When I click the curser and try to delet the garbage I get c.c.c.c.c. I'll try to demonstrate by typing this now I will use the arrow keys cand c4ccdelcetCucesc thicsc4... Any ideas? I have Norton anivirus....
