adsl aol internet sharing probelms

:tazz: Hello, I have searched and found no definitive answer to this probelm, I use aol with a BT voyager 105 usb modem. I wish to plug my works laptop into my home pc ethernet port and connect to the internet. Is this possible without buying a router,and if so how do I go about it?

You need a router, I'm afraid.

It would be possible to use the USB modem as a router, but having said that, it's far quicker just to buy an ADSL Wireless router. Then you need just to plug the laptop in to that and you can go internet on it.
