Hi , i have a certain problem with my flash drive. It seems that once i insert it into the computer it gives me the blue screen of death saying that some programs have been corrupted and starts throwing away memory from the computer but once i restart the computer, the flash drive works fine. Can u tell me why my computer is doing this. Plz reply.

Could be faulty USB port you're shoving it into. Does it happen with other USB ports or on other computers?

Actually when i put my flash drive into other computers it doesn't do that, so i think my usb ports are fine. It something else. Probably a sort of virus.

the usb drive working on other machines has nothing to do with your usb ports being deffective or not....have you tried the other usb ports on you computer? there are usually some on the back and some on the front..have you tried them all?
