Followed all instructions given by AOL Tech Support; Reinstalled Media Player, Disabled Windows Firewall Temporarily, did Browser Fix to activate tunneling, cleared Web Browser Cache, reinstalled video driver from Dell website.
I originally thought was AOL software but then went out on Internet Explorer and experienced same problem. Video starts, plays for a short time and then the Explorer or AOL software say they've encountered a problem and shutdown.
Any suggestions on what could possibly be the problem and what the fix might be?
