I recently aquired a Logitech 5.1 surround sound system and i was just wondering is there a way to play music and normal noise out of all 5 speakers?

Eg. Play oh lets say... Simple Plan - Addicted but have the song come out at the same volume from every speaker? Or while playing a game that dosen't have surround sound compatability but still be able to play all the ambient music etc. from the speakers?
