Dear Sir,

I feel my Win XP has been performing very slow lately. I intend to repair the OS using the built-in function. Have tried that, but run into trouble with the administrator password. My notebook has been preloaded when I bought it, so I don't know what's the administrator password. Tried to use blank password (enter directly) but the repair process stopped. Tried to use my user password (signed as admin), but it says "Incorrect Password". How am I supposed to know what's the password for Administrator? Tried to locate the user in the normal XP windows, can't find it; but when tried to create a new user named Administrator, it said the name has been used.

Please help.

Thanks.
