My processor is a AMD 3000+ 64 Bit Socket 939.

How do I get the Heatsink off so I can safely remove it from the motherboard?

I'm not really understanding, it seems almost impossible to get it off =\

My motherboard is dead, but I need the processor.

Thanks.

EDIT: Found it, theres a little slot for a screwdriver to fit in, thats how you release it.

Thanks again guys.
