When I reset my counter, is it necessary to replace the pad(s) inside the printer.

If so, where can one find these pads?

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. Your owners manual should tell you. If you don't have a manual, I think Epson's web page would be a good place to look for the answer to this question.

Thanks for the thought on the manual..unfortunately, it tells u to take ot to a epson authorized service center...for me that's about 80 miles away. Thought there might be a place online to order new pads.
