I am having a problem with a dark display. When I run games( diablo II, deus ex & others )the display is very dark. The problem is specifically associated with one monitor( when I change monitors the problem does not exist and when I move the monitor to another pc it is dark there also ). I would think the monitor was bad except that it is fine and bright in other programs. I have tried changing the drivers for the monitor and adjusting every setting I can find to make it brighter. When I increase the brightness to max with the video card utility it gets better but is still very dark.
I am using voodoo 3 vid cards and have no idea what the monitor is
