Hi,

I am trying to use Microsoft Outlook 97 as an alternate E-mail program. I am running Windows 98SE. I set up the program to use my earthlink E-mail account, and it is able to send and receive mail, but when I go to click on the mail to open it up it just says that Outlook cannot open mail.

I am not able to right click on the mail either as nothing happens. The mail is in my in box as I can see who sent it, but I cannot open it up nor will it let me reply or forward to anyone.

Any help would be appreciated. I also have Outlook Express, which works fine.

Thanks,

Ira

Open Word, click help then detect and repair, have a tick in restore shortcuts

This will repair all Office programmes

OK. I'll give that a try.
