Hi,

My internet connection isnt working, my computer recognizes when i have a ethernet cable plugged in and has an ip address, but it will not access the internet at all. I have spoke to my tech support (ntl), and they told me it is a software problem, and that the connection itself is fine. I have tried to release and renew the ip address but when I try I get a message saying that I cannot release the connection.

Tried to reinstall my broadband software but it wont complete as there is a problem with the virtual truck program apparantley. any ideas?

Virtual truck program is a broadband management software provided by your ISP.

Do you have the disk the ISP provided? You might start by uninstalling virtual truck, then reinstalling from the CD.

If you do not have the CD, stop, post back
