For the last 3 months I have been infected with the viruses download.trojan and spybot.worm I scan and delete the files/keys and they always return. Also every now and then AVG and norton go crazy scanning outgoing emails. When I say go crazy I mean it will literaly scan 100-200 different outgoing emails even though I am not logged onto anything but the net itself. I run windows XP with SP1 and I have run the following, adware, spybot S&D and spysweeper and my AV software is norton and AVG. This morning I deleted a file called mssecure.exe. Not sure what it was but the machine runs smoother.

Here is the log file from hijack this.
