When we click on the control panel folder, we get the following error:

error has occurred on script page
library not registered
file://C:\WINNT\web\control P:htt

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks for the link. It resolved the problem :tazz:

However, now we get another error. When trying to open the add/remove programs folder from the control panel folder, we get this error:

An error has occurred in this script on this page:
line:21
char:1
error:object doesn't support this property or method
code:0
URL:res://sp3res.dll.default.hta

Again, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This might be caused by spyware. You posted a HijackThis, wait until you fix the stuff you were told to fix, and if you still are having that problem, let me know. :tazz:
