Thanks for the link. It resolved the problem

However, now we get another error. When trying to open the add/remove programs folder from the control panel folder, we get this error:

An error has occurred in this script on this page:

error:object doesn't support this property or method
code:0
URL:res://sp3res.dll.default.hta

This might be caused by spyware. You posted a HijackThis, wait until you fix the stuff you were told to fix, and if you still are having that problem, let me know.
