everytime i boot my pc, the window of Ad-Watch (from lavasoft) keeps popping-up. I wish to hide this, and not completely remove it since i still want it to run, just hidden (automatically) onto the "customized notifications" (im on XP).

I've already tried disabling "load on start-up" option of Ad-Watch, then adding the software to my list of start-up programs with the "run: minimized" settings. But all it does is minimize itself onto the taskbar, and not hide itself to the "customized notifications" area. Also, during auto-minimized, it does not run properly. The window has to be restored onto the desktop for it to begin its operations completely.
