Please move Hijack This to its own folder (i.e. C:\HJT). If not Hijack will create backups to your desktop.

You have a LOP infection. Please start your computer in safe mode by tapping F8 at startup and selecting safe mode from the menu.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
C:\PROGRA~1\BLUEFO~1\64 16 BIB.exe
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://amazingautoss...tp://google.com
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [emsw.exe] C:\WINDOWS\emsw.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MEAL UP] C:\PROGRA~1\BLUEFO~1\64 16 BIB.exe

Delete this folder: C:\PROGRAM FILES\BLUEFO... (name abreviated)

Reboot your PC.
If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log.

P.S. Make sure you post the entire log. It appears the bottom is cut off this one.
