Hello all,

I am using Outlook 2003 and am new to using the contact list. We have a big list of contacts under various categories, and when I make a new distribution list I just hate searching and clicking in contacts one by one. Is there not a way to run a search based on categories and click somewhere to make a distribution list based on the results of the search? This would save alot of time and be rather cool.

Also, how can one do a mail merge using the same method?

Any advice, on this topic anyway ha ha, is appreciated.

Cheers,
Arfinwulf.
