When i am playing sound (games, mp3s, ... etc.. ) on my computer, I get spurratic clicks and skipping. I have gone and tried things that Creative has said to do but I am at a stand still. Can you help?

take out the card and use onboard sound and see if you get the same problem if that's the case than it's your pc that has a problem. What's ur specs? If it's a problem with the card then u have to talk to creative or whoever you bought it from.

ok, it is a usb sound card so i will reinstall and if same problem, i will contact them... sorry
