Okay I just got a 30 gig 5th gen ipod today and I have searched and done all I could find. I watched the tutorial etc I used a converter to convert the videos to mpeg4 format and they are in my library. I set it so the videos playlist would be automatically uploaded everytime the ipod is connected etc etc. and everytime it says it's uploading i go to my ipod and there is nothing whatsoever in the videos part. I successfully uploaded music and pictures.

please help I'm a little confused.
