hey hey

To play Final Fantasy XI .. and to not have any graphic glitches. someone said i need to install
forceware 66.93 ( i use geforce 6600).
anyway
when i run it . it extracts, then does it usual setup.. after the restart
nothing has changed. like it wasnt installed. i tryed several times.. O_o
so.. this is probably simple but i still dont get it xD
help ! :tazz:

I would just download the latest drivers from nvidia.com. the version you mention is where they included a fix for issues with that game and should be included in all future releases of the driver.

ok before we go and try to find a good download place for the older drivers lets try updating your GART driver. This is one of the system board drivers. either check the motherboard manufactures site or you can visit the chipset makers site. for example if your using a VIA chipset your would need the via 4-in-1 drivers.

Nvidia drivers after the 72.xx series requires the gart to be updated to work properly.
