Desktop Programs wont open correctly? :(

Hello once again... :D

To Admin: I have not once clicked on my (waste basket) to empty sense we last fixed my puter.

But today I was cleaning my system, I am not able to get into the trash bin by clicking on it, all I get is the properties...:o

Same with Adaware, and probably a few others...:D

I don't know what to do or how to fix this... Hey, told you that the blonde will show once again... :P lol

Hope you can help once again, or anyone who may know... <_<
