cannot find update for sony connect player

HELP I REALLY NEED HELP I GOT A SONY NWA-3000 WALKMAN FOR CHRISTMAS. I INSTALLED THE SONY CONNECT PLAYER SOFTWARE WHICH IS PRETTY POOR AND THE AUTO UPDATER. I HEARD NEW UPDATES WERE AVAILABLE BUT MY AUTO UPDATER DID NOT DOWNLOAD THEM.I HAVE SEARCHED FOR THE UPDATES ON THE INTERNET BUT ONLY NEWER UPDATE WERE AVAILABLE FROM THE SONY WEBSITE. THESE NEW UPDAES ONLY WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER UPDATES AND SINCE I HAVE NO ORIGINAL UPDATE THESE NEW UPDATES DO NOT WORK AND I CANNOT FIND THE OLDER UPDATES ON THE NET.
