Ok, thank you again for your help. I downloaded and installed the cleaner, but it found nothing.

As for House call anti virus It kept redirecting me to a netscape browser program.
I use firefox and it would not install. Should I download netscape just to run this program ? If so, can you tell me the latest version of Netscape?
