It is a hidden system file, which you should not make adjustments to

The reason I am needing this file is because my internet explorer is acting up. I was following some past instructions on this topic and thought that I could find a tangible folder listed. The search was taking for ever to find it.

My problem is I cannot open a new window when clicking on a link. If I left click on the link to open a new window it does the same thing. It freezes and then goes back to normal. It takes forever for a new window to open up.

Is there some kind of infection or is it because something got deleted through one of my registry cleanup softwares? THANKS FOR THE HELP IN ADVANCE
