HTML shortcuts posted to desktop

I seem to continuously get the same 4 html shortcuts posted to my desktop after I launch IE 6.0. I have tried deleting the shortcuts, and have run ad-aware, spy-bot destroyer, cleared histories, temp file, etc.

I also have my pop-up blockers activited from both IE and System mechanic 4 and they still appear.

The only thing that I get when I review the properties is the URL of the shortcut is as follows:
http://server4.10309...?id=15&i=292798 (Advance your career)
http://server4.10309...?id=19&i=292798 (Casino Games)
http://server4.10309...?id=13&i=292798 ( Guaranteed Approval)
http://server4.10309...?id=21&i=292798 (lose weight today)
http://server4.10309...?id=14&i=292798 (meet sexy singles)

Would appreciate suggestions or assistance.
