Windows or Malware?

my computer was all messed up so I wiped it out and reinstalled windows xp and as soon as it started up it told me i had registry errors is there something i can get for free to fix them, id google but i trust you guys more. thanks for your help. Stephanie

What exactly did you do to "wipe out Windows"? Did you do a clean install? It would help to know the specific registry errors you are receiving, too.
