Just installed a new Pioneer DVD-RW/CD-RW combo drive. The drive works fine in Windows XP with Service Pack 2 and all updates, also will play music CDs perfectly using Windows Media Player and Real Player, but MusicMatch Jukebox fails to even recognize that there is a music CD in the drive. It always shows "D: empty" instead. I have tried several configurations, including trying the drive jumpered as a "Master" and also "Cable Select". Neither configuration changes the symptom. I have been to the Pioneer web site and downloaded the latest firmware and installed it, and have also tried uninstalling, then reinstalling MusicMatch Jukebox Plus, and nothing has affected the symptom - MMJB will still not recognize that there is a music CD in the drive. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
