For some reason I cannot get Microsoft active sinc to install. I have a pda that I can't use because of it. Can anyone help? why won't it install on my computer?

Sometimes, Windows setup/uninstall routine leaves fragments behind, preventing you from reinstalling programs later

The above is a link to the Microsoft Installer Cleanup utility. Run that following the prompts, and see if you can then install Active Sync again

Hi,

I did what you said. I still can't get it to work. It says copying files then the box goes away and Activesync never installs. It isn't in my add-remove programs for me to uninstall it and it never installs so it isn't on my desktop or programs list. What should I try next?
