My son and his friend decided to install some program for PSP with the UBC cable. I have a Windows 98SE program. In doing so which by the way did not work, they failed to shut the computer off first and ended up deleting files to play XBox live. My son contacted XBox support and he was told that they deleted the mac address. I have no idea what this is. Can you help?
