My IE hasn't been working right lately. Everytime I try to download a file, it either pauses at the beginning or downloads the file partially but never completes the download. It also won't let me go to your website if that helps. I need HELP!

Nope I tried to repair IE and it didn't work. Have any other suggestions?

Try using other browsers such as FireFox, Mozilla, or Opera. These browsers work fine for me..
