I would like to know if there is any possibility to use an animated gif image for the user's display image ( the one that appears in the login screen). Any replies are greatly appreciated!

There are a number of programmes which let you make changes but not sure if you can animate them
Anything you add to the processes between pressing the power button and getting to the desktop will cause windows to take longer to do this

Yes, I am aware of those custom themes. Infact, I have modded theme right now but like I said I wanted to apply that animated gif!

He says that right there---"( the one that appears in the login screen)"Where do you want the animated bit
I also am looking for the same info. You reply with 'there are other programs that let you do this'. I think you're misunderstanding his question. He and I also want to use an animated gif for the user profile picture when you first startup windows to go into your user profile. I hope that's clear enough.
