When shutting down, I get an error message with the following code in the blue bar passrv.exe

This is related to Panda Anti Virus. I have a brief option of selecting OK or CANCEL to DeBug. This error window only appears for a brief moment then the computer shuts down.

Everything seems to be functioning normally, but this is annoying. Naturally, Panda has not responded to my request for support.

Any suggestions.

I uninstalled Panda then reinstalled....the problem seems to be fixed at least temporarily.....film clips at eleven.
