Hi,

A couple of days back I was not able to launch an application from its default location: c:\program files
For a workaround i copied the exe of the application to a different directory under the same drive and it started working.

Today I was going through my event logs and found the following error message there related to the application:

Application Error : The instruction at ""0x77fcd989"" referenced memory at ""0x00080108"". The memory could not be ""written""

Could you tell me what may have caused this and how can i fix this error as I need to start this application from the default path.

Thanks
