i pretty mcuh know what to do since this has happened before. but the problem now is when i was fixing my internet i used to use this registry file n merged it with the old one. cause see the IP address that some website has assigned to me (which wont allow me to connect with the nternet), i need a link to the registry to fix ur internet when like spyware disables ur internet. im hoping someone ..soon..considering i have alot of school projects to do, to simply send me the link. THANKS! if u know any other way to fix it besides this please let meknow.

If you have your XP disk, you can probably use it to replace the bad file. Your question isn't very clear, so I don't know what else to tell you. If Wininet.dll is the problem, visit the malware forum for suggestions.
