Having problem navigating System Backup for Windows XP in conjunction with Microsoft Critical Updates.

After checking with Support and Help I did the following:

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Backup

BackUp Restore Wizard is asking me the following:

-Backup documents and settings(already dotted)
-Everyone's documents and settings
-All information on this computer
-Let me chose what to backup

If I chose ":all information on this computer" a file shows and computer asks for Floppy Disk. If this is where I should be do I have to give file my own choice of name?

Please advise as Critical Update Service Pak 2 is incomplete.

Regards
