Every so often my pc keeps showing this screen >>>>

Can anyone help me on how to remove it, Thanks alot! Mike :tazz:

uninstall the modem from your pc...you should be able to find the software in add/remove programs...or maybe add remove h ardware.....you may need to plug the modem back into the pc for it to be able to uninstall

Try this

Go to the website of your motherboard maunfacturer and download the latest board drivers, that will/should contain the latest USB drivers for your hardware also.

If your computer is a dell or some other premade computer that might make this easier so please post the type.
