Im looking to build a new computer mainly for Windows Xp (SUSE 10 aswell) and which should be able to take windows vista as well.

Firstly is there any point in doing this as the new Macs will be able to run windows on..........

If it is, then are there any recomended motherboards which will support two processors/a dual core

Macs have sucked in terms of hardware and i have no doubt they will continue to even using intel CPUs over power pc, a good traditional windows setup is gonna be much better, macs really are poor, if you hadnt realised allready i dontlike macs(its the scottish blood im totally stereotypical tight wad and loath anything expensive especially if i can get better for less money).

Vista, best way to get a fully Vista complaint system is to wait 6 months and get a system with all the new hardware being released for vista this year, but nothing is going to be totally complaint, i would try this on system building forum as thats what you want to do youll get better response.
