Device Manager is empty

When i go to Device Manager it is empty and also it takes ages for My Computer folder to open.
Can anybody help me please

I have followed You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log, Required steps before posting your log

but devive manager is still blank

Hijackthis and Ewido logs removed.

Not rootkit related.
