For some reason other users of winmx are unable to download from me??? It was never a problem before. How do I fix this? Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

If you send them an attachment and they get it but cannot open it, right click the file, click send to, send to compressed zip folder, and e-mail it that way

OR

Use spread-it

You upload the file, send them the link and they have 14 days to download it, or are you running a server type thing
