Okay so it's easy enough playing MP3's already on my computer through my stereo.

But I DJ and I want to be able to play a set and have that go direct to my PC. I basically need any advice anyone has on setting the PC up to 'hear' the audio going into it.

Are there any appliactions I need, sound cards etc?

Cheers.

Get a cord that goes from the headphone port on your stereo to the microphone port on your computer and you should be good to go.
With a bad cord and card though it will sound really bad.
