Word 2003 Help

Hi everybody,
I'm having problem with Word 2003.When I opened words files(10~20) and switch to another word file, system is hung (not responding) for a few second and go back to normal (running).
NO PROBLEM with word 2000!!!
I tested with different chipset of mobo(nfoce,ati..), vga(6600,x800xl,x300..), ram(kingston), but still have a same problem. even with an intel machine (Vaio Laptop P4 3.2)
I don't know what the cause is.
Any idea?

4x512MBDDR400(Kingston)
ABI AN8 Mobo
ATI X800XL PCIE 256MB VGA
Maxtor 256GB SATA HDD
Pioneer DVD-+RW
All drivers are updated.
