Its good to get a true power, powersupply so you dont have to worry about it burning out like the psu's that come with the cases that are cheapo.

Plus the true power, powersupplies have greater voltage on the rails.

Bas PSUs kill computers so if you dont mind having a computer that fries itself at every mains power fluctuation by all means buy a cheap one.
