Belking notebook network card

my friend has a laptop and he has a belking network card. i reinstalled windows for him because the comp was screwed up and so now the card wont work. Any ideas

Download a driver for it.

the card should have come with a disk...use that disk to reinstall the drivers

With belkin hardware you need to install the drivers and software from the disk first then install the card.

I think my friend gave me the worng disk but it would be best if I could connect to the internet to download the drivers. But even through ethernet connections the computer will not connect
