I installed a palm program onto my PC, which I later wanted removed. I was unable, since it replaced each time I re-synched, and was not found in add remove files of contol panel. I had the brilliant idea to export files (address book ect) from palm desktop and system restore my computer. Palm desktop then froze, and would not open. I got palm 4.1 from download.com, was able to again open palm desktop, but received multiple datebook (ect ect) failed to open messages. Also once the palm software was replaced, the system restore ap. gives me "cannot restore to" date due to inproper shut-down. I'd really like my computer, and palm to run as it did before I loaded this mistake of a program! My comp. skill is pretty limited, and I don't have the computer, or palm restore disks at this location to wipe it all, and begin anew..
